Americas Weight Loss Program was started by Brett A. Riesenhuber B.S., C.P.P.T.. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance from San Jose State University in the year 1994. He also has to his credit Corporate and Private Fitness Degree. Besides he has also had a certification in Personal Trainer in the year 1991.

Brett A. Riesenhuber, a resident of Bay Area has an experience of 20 years in the field of fitness and heads up the Americas Weight Loss Center. Some of his credentials include Core Conditioning Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, Golf Fitness Pro, and Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor. He specializes in designing fitness programs such as PrimeFit group circuit training program, California Golf Fitness, Wakeboarding Workout Program and Mountain Biking. He has an impressive number of 600 clients with whom he had worked closely to achieve exceptional results.

His passion for fitness does not stop with Americas Weight Loss Center but rather extends in the form of books like "The Wakeboard Workout", "Brett's Fitness Recipe Report," and "Golf Secrets Revealed." Of the above the book "The Wakeboard Workout" is published in the Internet website Wake and He is co-author of the online bi-monthly fitness publication "Prime Physique Online Magazine" which deals with primarily fitness information and diet recipes.

Brett is a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor.

San Jose Adventure Boot Camp is a 28-day outdoor fitness program that comprises fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. This fitness program gives women of all age and size a great reduction in the body fat, weight loss and decrease in the abdomen region.
